1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you enter into a service agreement with Venkateshwara Packers and Movers. This agreement includes:

• The quotation provided for your specific moving requirements
• These Terms and Conditions
• Any additional agreements made in writing
• Service confirmation and scheduling details

2. Services Provided

Venkateshwara Packers and Movers provides the following services:

• Household goods packing and moving
• Office and commercial relocation
• Vehicle transportation
• Local and intercity moving
• Storage and warehousing solutions
• Packing material supply

3. Customer Responsibilities

As our valued customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about items to be moved
• Ensure proper access at pickup and delivery locations
• Be present or have an authorized representative during packing and delivery
• Declare high-value items and fragile goods in advance
• Remove or secure valuable documents, jewelry, and cash personally
• Make timely payments as per the agreed terms

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled date: Full refund of advance
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund of advance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Insurance Coverage: We provide basic transit insurance for goods. Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items.

6.2 Liability Limitations: Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the insurance coverage, whichever is applicable.

6.3 Exclusions: We are not liable for damage due to natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for transportation:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, and flammable substances
• Illegal items or contraband
• Perishable goods (unless specially arranged)
• Live plants and animals (without proper arrangements)
• Firearms and ammunition

8. Claims and Disputes

8.1 Damage Claims: Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8.2 Resolution Process: We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7-10 working days.

8.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karimnagar, Telangana.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
